At RedPin, we take your privacy seriously. This document outlines how we collect, process, and protect your information when you use our Google review management platform.
We process publicly available Google reviews for the business URL you provide. We do not access, store, or manage any login credentials for your Google accounts. All review fetching is performed securely via public directory indexers.
The reviews fetched are used exclusively to draft customized, AI-generated responses tailored to your cuisine, city, tone preferences, and specialties. We store these drafts securely in our database so that you can view, edit, and copy them.
All connection points are secured via SSL (HTTPS). AI draft generation is processed using standard model interfaces (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI). Your customer reviews are never used to train generalized LLM models.
Subscription and billing information are securely processed directly by our merchant of record partner, Dodo Payments. RedPin does not collect, record, or store any cardholder details or credit card accounts.
